I had a nice, spacious room with modern amenities like air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a kitchen, and the location was fantastic, close to Chapultepec Sports Center.

i stayed here for 5 days and would love to stay here again. the hotel was excellent in general, had incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. the rooms they have were amazing and well-equipped with dishwasher, kitchen and private bathroom. the location was great for what i was doing. the area was safe, an amazing base for me. i liked that the property was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

The beds were super comfy, and the room in our suite was really big and modern, just separated by a couple of walls.

We loved it here! The location is really good for either business or leisure. It's not super close to anything specific of cultural interest but is very close to the fancy area of Polanco. We were able to walk to Avenida Masaryk, Reforma, and Chapultepec Park, which was great. The service is also top-notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even offered to me their driver who spent the whole day with me driving around the city, so they organized for me a personal tour. The hotel has great facilities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/ lounge area, a restaurant, a fitness center. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only two negative aspects about this place are the limited parking spaces and the cleaning service not cleaning early and taking forever to clean the suite, literally hours. However, the staff is very nice and accommodating.
